All artworks are shipped from Australia with tracking.
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment.

Domestic (Australia):

• Original artworks may be shipped framed or matted.

International Orders (Outside Australia):

• To ensure safe and affordable delivery, artworks are available mounted with mat only (no frame) for international shipping.
• Each piece is carefully packed flat with protective layers and backing board.
• Original artworks are usually exempt from customs duties,
  but buyers are responsible for any import taxes if applicable.

•  原画作品は通常関税の対象外ですが、国や地域により輸入税が発生する場合はお客様のご負担となります。

Each artwork is handled and packed with great care.
Because every piece is an original, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.
If your order is damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Please avoid direct sunlight, humidity, or touching the surface.
Use acid-free mat board and glass (or acrylic) for protection.
