Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment.

Domestic (Australia):

• Original artworks may be shipped framed or matted.

International Orders (Outside Australia):

• To ensure safe and affordable delivery, artworks are available mounted with mat only (no frame) for international shipping.
• Each piece is carefully packed flat with protective layers and backing board.
• Original artworks are usually exempt from customs duties,
  but buyers are responsible for any import taxes if applicable.

• 作品は保護シートと厚紙ボードで平らに丁寧に梱包いたします。
• 原画作品は通常関税の対象外ですが、国や地域により輸入税が発生する場合はお客様のご負担となります。

Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.
If your artwork is damaged during delivery, please contact me within 7 days with photos.

Watercolour paintings are delicate.
Please avoid direct sunlight, humidity, or touching the surface.
Use acid-free mat board and glass (or acrylic) for protection.

水彩画は繊細な作品です。
直射日光や湿気を避け、作品面に直接触れないようにしてください。
額装の際は、酸性を含まないマットやガラス（またはアクリル）をご使用ください。
